    I've been to other HR blocks before. I've only had positive experiences before this. There was a definite lack of professionalism and seemed to be lack of experience. Almost like this was only a side job for most of the staff. I will not go back or recommend visiting this specific location to anyone.

    The man is a jerk. If you don't use quickbooks or some program your business isn't good enough for them. I use excel and everything is itemized. If your an accountant you should be able to enter numbers. And if your too busy, don't waste a customers time by asking 50 questions and then say I don't have time for you. Its a simple calculation. That's why you get paid all that money to do taxes for people. I found out my old tax preparer is available and they were more than happy to fit me in and didn't make it sound so like it was going to be difficult!

    Our family has been a customer with All Insurance Agency for over 10 years. Consistently, they have offered BY FAR the lowest prices for both car insurance and homeowners insurance. The care and attention that they put into their business is obvious, and we have continually received personable and wonderful customer service. When meeting at their office, you are immediately welcomed and made to feel like a truly valued customer, and when communicating via telephone or email, we always have received prompt responses. Even more than their excellent customer service, it has been invaluable to work with a truly knowledgeable staff. As first time homeowners, they answered any and all questions we had, and took the time to truly understand our needs. Not only do they advocate for their clients, they genuinely want to know their clients and meet their needs. We recently have pursued purchasing life insurance and it was truly amazing to have a variety of options, and have each of them explained to us thoroughly and completely, while also providing AFFORDABLE plans. This is a company you will not regret working with.
